Welcome to Meditation Adventures—I’m Chris Windle.

I’m a wellness coach, detox strategist, and hands-on dad with a passion for helping others reclaim their health, energy, and clarity—while living a life of freedom and adventure. After running a yoga and tai chi studio for over 20 years, I realized it was time to take everything I’ve learned out into the world. That’s how Meditation Adventures was born.

This project is more than online courses. It’s a living journey—filmed on the road, shared with my kids, and built for real people who want real change. From detox protocols to breathwork, stretching to gut health, I create tools that work—rooted in years of teaching, experience, and results.

Whether I’m filming by the ocean, hiking with my kids, or building a better morning routine, I’m here to share the truth about healing, vitality, and what it really takes to feel alive again.
